Blues Select Seven Players in 2010 Entry Draft

The St. Louis Blues selected seven total players in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft in Los Angeles, including first round picks, 14th overall selection Jaden Schwartz and 16th overall selection Vladimir Tarasenko on Friday night. The Blues selected five players on the second day which included Sebastian Wannstrom, Max Gardiner, Jani Hakanpaa, Cody Beach, Stephen MacAulay.

Blues Extend Qualifying Offers to Four Rivermen

St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today the club has given qualifying offers to four members of the 2009-10 Peoria Rivermen team: Nicholas Drazenovic, Jonas Junland, Ryan Reaves and Tyson Strachan. The Blues have also tendered offers toJaroslav Halak, TJ Hensick, Cam Janssen, Erik Johnson, DJ King, David Perron and Alex Steen.
