DJ King Shipped to Washington for Offensive Prospect

St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has acquired forward Stefan Della Rovere (STEH-fan, DEHL-ah ROH-vair) from the Washington Capitals in exchange for forward D.J. King. The Blues re-signed King before the transaction.

Nearly 400 people were on hand at Jillian's Sports Grille in Peoria on Wednesday night for the Summer Season Ticket Party. Rivermen Assistant Coach Drake Berehowsky and 1991 Turner Cup Champion Coach Bob Plager were just a couple of the guests mingling with the crowd as they ate, bowled and played games while they looked forward to hockey season.
